All prices indicated are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) and will transact in AUD$ at the checkout.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, however we are a new store, so there may be slight delays while we finalise these processes.

Do you need to pay import duties and taxes for your purchase?

For international customers, you may be required to pay applicable import duties and taxes.

This is determined and are incurred by your local customs office. Any additional duties, taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer before delivery can occur.

We highly recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

Do we sell gift cards?

This is not something we currently offer, but watch this space, they may become available in the future.

What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please just email us to arrange the return.

Please note however, discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Once your return has been received, please allow between one to three working days for our team to process your request. During busy periods, returns may take up to seven days.
